Job Description
A typical day will start at our shop around 6:00 am with a production/safety meeting to talk about what is on the schedule for the day or even the events that took place the day prior. The crew leader would direct their assistant to get the rig started and set-up for the work day. Job sites are located throughout the entire metro and suburbs working with the top national and local builders and general contractors. The crew leader is responsible for communicating with our delivery drivers their wants and needs for material or equipment. Upon arriving to the jobsite a crew leader should be able to set-up their day the most efficiently and direct crew members to get the job done.
